• If extra stock is available after fulfilment, size exchanges may be possible within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are not guaranteed and buyer covers return shipping.

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• We will repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• Treated like cash and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
• Valid for 12 months from purchase date.

• Non-refundable except where we made an error or the item is faulty.

• Flat Rate Standard: $12 – 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Bring your order confirmation + photo ID.
• Need someone else to collect? Reply to your confirmation email with their full name.
• Orders must be collected within 30 days unless arranged otherwise.
